JOHN BELLIVEAU President,Managing Director, Producer John Belliveau has been the President and Managing Director of the Big Guy Productions and A/V Kauai, Inc. since 1992. John has over 30 years experience in event management having produced and staged events for a wide range of diverse clients in the corporate and entertainment industry. Those clients include HBO, Hillary Duff, Dun & Bradstreet, B.B. King, Applied BioSystems and others. John has developed a unique network of professionals from around the globe to produce and stage events that create lasting impressions with clients and their attendees. John’s ability to bring together all aspects of a production and deliver results is the key to the company’s and our client’s success.

John began his career as a record promotion manager for Island, Chrysalis, ABC, Atlantic and Paramount Records. He handled a wide range of talented artists including The Wailers, Steve Winwood, The Chieftains, Jethro Tull, Jimmy Buffett, Steely Dan, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Three Dog Night, The Eagles, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, The Rolling Stones and Bette Midler. As the New Yorkpromotion manager for RSO records, John was responsible for the success behind the soundtracks for Saturday Night Fever, Grease and Fame. He was one of the promoters behind the Music for Unicef Concert at the United Nations. Prior to starting the Big Guy Productions and A/V Kauai, John was the operations manager for Media Systems Kauai, an audio-visual production company. Today, John serves as the Executive Producer for all major events handled by the Big Guy Productions and A/V Kauai, Inc. and in his limited spare time hosts a weekly four hour radio program, ‘The Jazz Cruze’, that airs locally in Hawaii.
